ivtools-bin software package provides Drawing Editors evolved from idraw, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ivtools-bin
ivtools-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ivtools-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ivtools-bin *
You will get with ivtools-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
